Help! if i go to my website i get a blank page!

Hi:

I moved all of my files that were in the directory "store" in the root.

if i go to my admin seems to work fine (after I fixed some errors in the configure.php file)
Is fine if I write this:
https://www.mhi-ramps-and-lifts.com/admin

BUT if I put just my domain name:

https://www.mhi-ramps-and-lifts.com

I just get a BLANK page, nothing!

If i go from my admin to "online catalog" what i read In the browser is:
http://www.mhi-ramps-and-lifts.com/index.php?main_page=

BUT still NOTHING JUST A BLANK PAGE
I have not clue what the problem is.:unsure::unsure:
I would appreciate any possible help on this.

Something else:
I guess if it has anything to do with the path i put in my Session Directory

/home/content/j/e/s/jesussiempre/html/cache

Is that correct? should i put something between html (my root) and cache?
(html directory is where all of the zen-cart files have been moved):unsure:

Thanks Kobra but the problem is related to my domain name.
I just cannot go to my website at all. Maybe I expressed myself incorrectly is not just a blank page. I cannot go to my website...:(

Marlake, the Tutorial link provided by kobra was spot on. The problem is not with your Domain name but with one or more of the problems described in the mentioned Tutorial.

As your Admin section works fine I would verify all paths in your other config file, to make sure the two config files use the same. Then I would reupload the entire 'includes' dir. of Zen Cart.

That is what a blank page is

You can get to your web account as adding /admin resolves you to the admin login page and the other is a blank page

Just little tiny mistakes can make your life miserable.

For the understanding of others:

In the includes/configure.php file

I did not put a ** / ** at the end of a line ending in html.

And also I did not put '/' at the end of the DIR_WS_CATALOG
and at the end of DIR_WS_HTTPS_CATALOG.

Once i corrected them everything has come back to order.:clap::clap:

I guess I did not need to reload the includes directory again since everything is working perfect. Am I correct?

I need some help too. My page is not exactly blank, but the center is missing.

I checked my config files and I think they are both set up correctly.

The site works perfectly if you type in https://www.shopirishtreasures.com/index.php

I was originally told that I didn't have PHP extensions set up. I don't think this is the case.

Any other suggestions?

There's a typo in your first link.

Do you have SSL set up? If you go to your login page, the URL is 216.81.71.125 instead of your page name, and it isn't secure.

Might want to check the configure.php files again, and maybe ask your host.

Yeah, it's a TemplateMonster Template which is why the problems with the Index page. Along with the using of an IP address it seems there are some coding errors that are preventing the page from loading properly. Fix those and all should be well; for the Index page anyway.
