NON-US payment for downloads only

I recently introduced an e-book into my store. Everything else in my store is set up to ship to the USA only. I would like to allow the ebook to be purchased worldwide. Is there any way to do this in Zen?

Downloads do not address the Shipping checkout_shipping page so you should not have an issue, IF the cart only contains Downloads ...

If you put the Download into the cart and see the Shipping checkout_shipping page, then you have not set the Product up correctly ...

Downloads are NOT setup as Virtual Products and NOT setup as Always Free Shipping ... use:
Product is Virtual: No, Shipping Address Required
Always Free Shipping: No, Normal Shipping Rules
