Product Info page: Name, Price, Model, Attribs & Add to Cart in one table?

In product info page, how to position product Name, Price, Model, Attribs & Add to Cart box in one table?

I want it to be like this right next to the product image,

Apple T-Shirt

Model: ABC123

----------------------

----------------------

I do not do tables for this

Edit the order in tpl_product_info_display.php and then refine using css
