how do i move minimun order to under product description

when you view products from a category, the minimun order is on the right, but how do i move it to under the product description in the middle?

the shame i feel is almost unbarable, only kidding, the site is password protected so you cant take a peak but i have a link with image for you to look at:

if you look the minimum order is under the price and quantity, i (or rather client) wants it under the description AND i also want to right align the price and quantity but not the rest.
