Custom Look to one sidebox

Is there a way to custom the look of just one sidebox? I want it so that the sidebox does not have a header or footer and use a different image for the sideback content. I attached an image of what I'm trying to do.

Yes, use your CSS to turn off the header and footer for the box and add your background image.

I'm not sure how to do that. How does the css know what sidebox I want to do that to? How do you turn off the header and footer?
