Ajax Site Preload (easy Interigation)?

Hi all i found this script

Max's AJAX website preloader

for it to work it needs one tag in the head section and one tag in the body section, then hey presto

does anyone know were i can find these tags to incorprate this becuase my website loads slowly, and i think it might help
