Please Help I'm Getting a 404 Message When Users Go to Check Out

Hello,

I'm getting a 404 message when I check out my items in Zen Cart. It says

"Page Not Found Custom 404 Error Page with Site Map Sample Text ..."

What might be the reason for this 404 message to show .

I'd upload a new copy of includes/languages/english/checkout_shipping.php, unless that file is in your includes/languages/english/YOUR_TEMPLATE folder, in which case I'd rename it temporarily to see if that file is the problem.

Actually i don't think its a file name problem i think it has something do with a session variable. When i try to create a new account it gives me the same message. What do you think it might be?
