Check out page

Hey.

I have just intergrated ceon protx module onto might site. All seems to be working fine, however when i click to go to the check out page part 2 of 3 of an order, it just comes up with a blank white page. It did this be4 adding the module but i assumed it was because i hadnt intergrated any payment systems.

Any one have an idea why this is?

I have never edited the checkout page so sureley as long as it is has been uploaded correctly there cannot be any problems? I will use the debug tool you have linked me. However i cant see this being the problem!

Also i have just noticed when i hover over the "continue checkout" button. There is no link being display in the bottom left hand side of the browser unlike every other link/button link on that page.

Also when i click the button, the adress in the url stays the same as the page that is 1 out of 3 of checkout however the page is blank.

Whats going on :S

Hi,

This isn't a problem with the Protx module, your server is blocking access to PEAR from PHP... this is something your hosts should fix!

You must have missed the folllowing section in the FAQs:

"After manually installing the Blowfish files the Admin warning is gone but I get a blank page/errors at checkout!"

I've released a new version of the module with further information about what was going wrong.

The new version of the module, 2.4.4, automatically disables encryption when your server is configured badly.

Hi,

Tried creating an account on the site and get a blank page after clicking submit.

I've seen this before - zen_redirect() isn't working on your server, possibly because some text is being output first (and you probably don't have display_errors on so you're not seeing the error message either).

Will contact you in private to see if we can help you resolve this! :)
