GC redeem with credit card type fields? HELP!!

I need to setup GV redeem that has credit card type fields (name, card #, expiration & cvv2). Basically I need the following.

The following basic requirements must be provided by the web site user interface:

• The consumer must be able to enter coupon card information.
• The consumer must see a price reduction by the appropriate amount.
• If a coupon is declined then the consumer must receive communications (either real time or after the fact) of this event.
• It cannot appear as if 2 coupons may be used for one CECB.
• It cannot appear as if no coupon was used for a CECB when one was entered.
• It cannot appear as if a coupon was used when no CECB was in the basket.
• It cannot appear as if a coupon was used when no coupon was entered.
• Do not use the word “rebate” in content related to the coupon card.

Is there anything out there (module) I can use? I have looked everywhere in downloads and forum _ really need help on this. :dontgetit
