Activate Contact Form??

Hi Y'all!

This might be a totally idiotic question but I cannot seem to find the answer in any of the FAQ's or on the forums (unless I'm totally missing the obvious again). I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to call the "contact us" form on the site. I created a temporary EZ-page with contact information, but I'd really like to use the form.

Any ideas of where I go to have this darn thing show up? :)

I came across your post and was wondering how you got it to work, I'm having the same problem, can't get the contact form to show! Thanks in advance. Paolo.

The link to the Contact Us page is in the Information sidebox.

If you want to call it from an EZ page, the URL would be http: //www.yoursitename.com/index.php?main_page=contact_us
