Barebones doesn't look right

I have installed other templates with no probs. I can't get Baresbones to look like it should. It looks very basic with various coloured headings, no grey outlines etc. Sample image attached if this helps. Thank you

That looks like the template_default.

Did you select the barebones template in Admin and reset the Layout Boxes?

Could also be a corrupted template_info file - maybe if you re-upload barebones?

Stevesh, I am so sorry, I am a fool. Uploaded 10 templates to play with and no probs with any of them.
Yes, you're right - For some reason FTP didnt upload css file. Thank you
