Inserting Advanced Poll in a blank sidebox

Friends,
I have set up a blank sidebox and am now trying to install advanced poll into that sidebox. The advanced poll application provides code to be copied into the template for the blank sidebox.

The Advanced Poll application is not very clear as to which parts of the code go where.

Has anyone used Advanced Poll successfully and if so, 1. did you use it in a sidebox or another way and 2. are there any better support forums etc on the web for using Advanced Poll as where I sourced it from gave no support documentation at all.

I have not been able to figure out how to embed it into a sidebox or ez page or any page for that matter. So far the best fix I made for this is to have it as an external link with a link back to my store.

I don't know if you're still having a problem with this, but I just found "External Poll Sidebox" or something like that in the Free Download section for Zencart.

It adds a sidebox that you can turn off and on as needed. You just copy and paste the url to the survey in the Admin area and turn the box on. Works great with the Free Survey sites, or with your own survey software.

I plan to use Web Poll Pro v 1.0 (you can find it in Goolge) it cost between .99 and $27 and you can create as many surveys as you want.
