Timeout Issue accessing my site

Hello I am new to these forums. I cannot for the life of me figure out this timeout issue I am having. I have the latest zencart running with a template I purchased from zencarttemplateinfo.com. My site is https://www.thecartridgesupply.com and throughout the day my site will just intermittingly timeout for no reason. I can ping my site and do a successful tracert on it while it is timed out you just cannot access the homepage or the admin section. My site is not heavily modded I just have the fedex shipping module installed and no other custom mods, besides the template. I have tried switching my template to the default and the same thing happens.

I am using hostmonster to host my site and they are a certified zencart provider and they do not have any clue on what is causing the issue. I just wanted to know if anyone had any pointers as far as any general things I can check on my site to start to troubleshoot this issue? Thanks for any help
