I got the attributes and they can order, but....

Then when it gives them the downloads the ones with several attributes don't show in their account. They show in their invoice.... they show a green with the product.... they show on the order page... but nothin after they purchase it.

HELP I have 2 people that just ordered.

Hard to come up with an answer as I can't grasp what you are trying to do.

You have radio buttons versus a drop-down list and, for the life of me, I can't see what I would be getting by clicking add to cart other than four digital downloads of "something."

I really don't mean to be rude but I'm amazed that you have orders. Maybe it's something about scrap-booking I just don't get.

Yes these are digital files ....
The set I showed was for digital scrapbooking. I also design candy wrappers for favors etc.

The issue is I put everything 50% off and all of the sudden the ones with more than 2 dl go to cart etc but after payment it just says processing and the DL aren't there.

Is your Zip file for everything so large that you have to split it into 4 parts? That method is best for downloads in the double-digit MB.

Anything less than 10 MB should be fine within one download file.

Also, when providing Virtual downloads it's usually better to have your payment set to "Delivered" rather than "Processing". That provides download link within the final Checkout page and/or Confirmation eMail. If you don't do that, no Download link will be provided until you manually change the Order to Delivered.

Yes, the files are very large.
I went in and changed it to delivered and tried to buy one of them again and it still didn't allow the downloads after purchase:dontgetit

:no::frusty: Does it have anything to do with the sale? I did take the item off sale and it still didn't leave the buttons after purchase.
As you can see all of the zip files show on the order page. When I look in the attributes they all have their green lights also. Customers are getting impatient and I a little frustrated.:blink:

Although I have no solution to the problem, you do not have to wait on Zen Cart to provide a Download already paid for. Simple upload your files somewhere within your Hosting account then eMail your Client(s) advising them of the URL. Give a time frame as well for when the URL(s) will be removed.

Should I delete the others (pending and processing?)
I have it set to delivered as default. I see that someone just purchased something and it went to processing again. They do have their DL though as it is only one file.

If you have fullfilled an Order then you need only update it accordingly in the Admin. Never delete Invoices for fullfilled Orders.

Does that refer to a payment method?

For example, payments by PayPal and/or Credit Card are usually payment received immediately. If the product is also a download then it makes sense within your Modules > Payment section, to use "Delivered" for the applicable payment method; PayPal or any Authorized Credit Card Gateway.

Yes thats what I meant in the payment area it had it at processing... and even though they are all paypal payments , so i though maybe I should delete those as even though I have delivered as default now it sets some to processing.

I appreciate your help Rob I solved it..... I went in and set them to delivered and then deleted the attributes and readded then and it worked. A lot of work but hey they are back up!:clap:
