Where exactly should I upload Canada Post Shipping Module?

Can I please have step by step of how to upload Canada Post Shipping Module. I already upload the "mysql_canpost_dimensional_13x.sql in admin". Instruction said "upload all the files to the corresponding location on your server." Where exactly?:unsure::frusty:
