Are ZC admin settings in the DB backup file?

Are ZC admin settings in the DB backup file?

When I do a database backup of my store are all my admin settings in that file?
If not, how do I backup all my admin tweaks?

I've spent so many hours reading what everything does and making appropriate choices, I'd hate to lose them.
I know how to do a DB backup, but I don't know if it's all in there. With so much time invested, I'm really starting to get fearful. :unsure:

The settings you set in the admin are in the DB - - not those you change by editing any file

Sweet, that's good to know...

I've already got backups of my template structure (files),
I was just concerned with all the "button pressing" in the admin,
I had this feeling the DB was just the products.
