adding customers to external newsletter

Hello,

I need to add all customers (after successful purchase) to an external
email list.

This can be done by by zen cart sending an email for the customer to the
script using the customers email address.

How can this be done?

We provide the customer with useful tips, help and advice about the products
this way using the external list manager/responder.

We already of the script setup, just need to get Zen Cart sending the customers
email to the external system.

Any help would be GREAT!

Thank you for letting know about the mod- but what I really need to do is have Zen Cart automatically send an email to my autoresponder with the customers email address so they get added and can receive our support follow ups.

Basically, when a customer purchases, the system also automatically - in the back ground - sends this email.

Any help would be GREAT!

I can add the code needed, I just need to know what file to add it in!

I read your post and seeing you didn't get a reply, was wondering if you had had worked out how to get Zen Cart to work with an external autoresponder.

If you did, can you let me know as I want to do the same thing using aweber.
