Zone Definition Shows 6 Tax Rates that Are Not Listed
Would appreciate some advice in order to solve a problem that has started to happen with Zen 1.38a.
Just selling to the UK so the Zone Definition is set up as a single Zone
The summary box to the right states that I have
Number of Zones: 1
Number of Tax Rates: 6
Now when I look at Tax Classes it shows 1 defined (ie UK)
Tax Rates shows NO TAXES that have been defined
Looking at the shipping module(s)
We are currently using 2 shipping methods - google checkout and store pickup.
Store Pickup is set to UK
Table Rate is set to UK
Coupled with the Tax problem is the not accepting payments from your region statement
When the VAT is worked out on the checkout screen it looks like this
Sub-Total: £66.41
Table Rate (Best Way): £6.00
+ + + + VAT + vat: £25.28
Total : £97.69
Cannot delete the Zone Definition as it says it has Tax Rates attached to it but these are invisible !!!
Can I remove these phantom taxes by changing a file or indeed a clean install of files ?
