Is there a way to add estimated shipping time?

I am not sure if there is a mod to do this, but I would love to have the ability to set a expected ship timeframe for each vendor. We do a lot of drop-shipping and each vendor has different agreements with us.

I would like to see the information included just below the Manufacturer on the Product Info page if possible, see below. I would be nice to be able to update this via the admin, but I can even do it manually via MySQL if I had to.

Model Number: XXX-XXXXXX-XX
Shipping Weight: Xlbs
Manufactured by: XYZ Company
Usually ships within: X to X business days

I envision you could store the "X to X business days" in the Manufacturers table as just text, nothing fancy. This way if a vendor gets very busy during the Holiday season or somthing you can simply update the table to their new service agreement.

I am not good with PHP otherwise I would write something myself, so if anyone can help I am very interested. I would prefer to not have to modify core files to make this change if possible.
