All product listing - customer unable to change quantity box

Can't figure out what has happened, but have noticed recently that if a customer uses Internet Explorer and they go to the site they are not able to change the quantity box in the all product listing page. If they use Fire Fox they are able to.

Is there a setting in admin that is causing the quantity field to not be able to be changed?

fixed it...Had to go into the stylesheet.css file to fix it.

changed the width from 118% to 97%...

.centerColumn, #bannerOne, #bannerTwo, #bannerThree, #bannerFour, #bannerFive, #bannerSix {
