Product Info page - moving the Add To Cart button to very top.

Here's a link to one of my product pages: clicky

I would like to move hte Add To Cart box so that it is aligned with the top of the main product image, with the product price and title between them. This will get rid of the ugly area of white on the page.

Trouble is, I don't know how. Can anyone help?

Re-arrange your includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/templates/tpl_product_info_default.php file to position the add to cart section (it's clearly marked) in the location that you want it.

Thanks for that. I had already played with that file before posting, but to no avail. I took another look, and moved the Add To Cart block to before the product image block, and it worked.

You may or may not care what I think, but you have your store width set to 100%, and there is a lot of white space when viewed on my 1900px wide monitor. My opinion is to not have a fluid layout and set a width (personally I like 950), but that's just my opinion, take it or leave it.

Or you could also have it be fluid for a set range from say 750-1200 wide.

Thanks for that. Its not something I'd thought of, only having a 1024 wide monitor. I've set it fluid, using the max-width and min-width properties in the css file.

Re: Product Info page - moving the Add To Cart button to very top.

I have a question, Thanks to the forum I can move around the product detail and add to cart button, however i would like to get rid of some white space and have the add cart button directly across from the price and product info just below the product name. you can see what i am talking about at https://www.lextechs.com or you can look at the attached jpg
