Missing bottom half checkout button and footer of 3/3

Hi

I have installed debug but still can't figure out why bottom half of 3/3 is missing.
Degug reports > > [15-Jul-2008 04:09:29] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function: replace_accents() in /home/aloever/public_html/store/includes/modules/payment/paypal.php on line 217

I have uploaded the original files in fact the whole folder of 'Payment' and still no luck.

When I look at the source of the file I can see part of the <form> is missing along with the footer of the site.

All I did was to database upgrade from 1.37 to 1.3.8a.

This problem only occurs when PayPal option is used. I have un installed PayPal from admin then re installed and still no luck.

As I am desperate to get it online again I need some help please.

Interestingly changing to 'classic' template has the same problem

I am in need of desperate help here. Can anyone suggest something please?

Solved. Upload wasn't uploading correct files.
