eCheck gets paid but no order in admin

eCheck gets paid but no order in admin

I have had a couple of people use eChecks through paypal. The money comes into my account but there is no record of it in the orders history in the admin. What have I done wrong?

Okay maybe not...I already have 1.3.7.1 and I am still having this eCheck problem. Any other suggestions?
