Shipping problem.... please help

I would like to set up shipping charges by zip codes. For example: Zip Code 92117 will cost $10.99 to deliver and Zip code 92008 would cost $20.99 to deliver. How can this be done? Please help :)

There is a commercial shipping module available, developed by Conor Kerr, that will do this.

I believe it supports US postcodes.
