stock by attributes newbie mistake

Yes i did it... i added all the files for the stock by attribute add-on without running the SQL patch before :blush:
how can I correct this? I don't want to delete the new files because some overwrote preexisting ones so i want to make sure in case which ones delete before re-doing the installation.
