Looking for a clean template

CSS stands for Cascading Style Sheets. Any .css file in the directory will be picked up, so if you have more than one, change the name of the "extras" to have a different extension... like stylesheet.css.old... or delete them from the website.

Thank you... The thing is the only other style sheet I can find is under a directory called Default_Template (not in the Wallet directory). Would it be using that one as well?

These colors are the exact colors of the turquoise and pink in your logo. The key is to keep the colour TONE, but to darken it slightly for the sidebox headers, so the white shows up better.

There are online tools to find the hex codes (#d5b2c6) for colors:-

I've been looking for the spot to change whose sidebox colors and was having no luck!! Do you think you can direct me to how to change the borders too? I'll discuss this in a separate post.

I think I must be working off 2 stylesheets because even after I deleted the working one, the sidebox borders and green headers stayed??No, this is probably your own computer's browser cache. You need to clear the browser cache sometimes, as your computer stores viewed pages to make them re-load faster.

My working css file is under a template folder named Wallet (I changed it from the wallet stylesheet). That's OK. You would do well to learn more about ZC's method of handling stylesheets. There are WIKI articles about this.

To DARKEN the colours, find the following sections of code in stylesheet.css

and change the existing background-color HEX CODES eg: #A6DEC1, to those you see below.

(Also, in the final one, COMMENT OUT the background image line using /* and */

This puts a 5 PIXEL SPACE below the "Displaying 1 to 10 (of 21 Products)" thereby moving it away from the box header.

Had a quick look at your site this morning.

LOOKING GREAT !

I'll now leave you to it as you seem to be getting a grip on the CSS.

From a customer-friendliness point of view, your site entry point (the first index page done in plain HTML) is very tedious.

Based on what I said in an earlier post, it's currently not easy to navigate to your shop from the site's main entry point.

You should seriously consider getting rid of this cumbersome way of entering your webshop, and the data/info contained in these "welcome" pages would be much better as configured EZ pages within your store.

On one of our sites, we use the INDEX.HTM entry page to guide visitors quickly to two aspects of the site.

Inside the STORE for karens cakes, we have a top ez-pages menu, with relevant data about the products.

Oh don't leave me now!!

I'd love to work on the EZ pages to eliminate that 2nd entry point before getting into the store (the one with all the info pages). I did add a Shop Now link to get directly to the store.

The site is looking so much better! You may consider Image Handler 2 (IH) (see downloads) to manage and render you images better.
