Template troubles

Ok so this is probably a really dumb question that everyone else has figured out but when I install a new template, i loose those display cells at the side (featured product, etc)

Any reason why it does that/how do I correct it?

Hi and Welcome to Zen Cart. :smile:

The tutorial/FAQ link at top of this page, is your friend for answers to many questions.

When setting a new Template for the first time and after switching over to that Template, one must reset the Layout Boxes to use the new Template.

Admin > Tools > Layout Boxes Controller : click the 'reset' button at page bottom.
