welcome and order conformation email Graphics missing

welcome and order conformation email Graphics missing

I have had a few customers Email me and let me know that once they leave the home page and go to the order screen none of my graphics show up all you get is a little box with a red X

Also the same thing is going on with the welcome Email and order conformation up in the corner where there should be a Graphic of some sort all you see is the little red X

Any Idea how to fix this?

Are you setup to allow your secure site to view your images in your Control Panel of your domain?

Where would I look to change the setting to allow images on my secure screen?

You probably have image hot-link-protection turned on in your hosting control panel. You'll likely need to turn that off.

Yes that was it I cut off the hot-link and everything on the secure site is working fine thank you very much

You might instead configure it to allow your own secure link vs turning it off and eliminating its purpose to prevent others from linking to your site images ...
