Size of main product image

I am not utilizing the _MED, _LG, etc. structure for images as I am trying to sacrifice bandwidth for less work. I am, however, using the _01, _02, etc. for my additional images.

My question is, without creating separate image sizes myself, is there a way that I can change the size of each product's main image thumbnail and keep the additional image thumbnails at their current size? I would like to enlarge the main image to make it stand out over the additional images.

First thing to do is check out image handler 2 if you haven't already, it's in the contributions section on this site.

Once you have installed that you can change the size of the thumbnails and the product images at any time from the admin.
