Can ZenCart have (Stores) like eBay, many stores with different users

Hi,

Basically, can Zen Cart offer what (eBay- stores) can offer. The user logs into your Zen Cart main page clicks on STORES and create his own store and starts filling it with his on products?

Thanks,
Turk
