HTML Area will not work on this IP-address-only site

I've look at all the various threads and can't seem to find one that applies...

Have a client who we installed Zen-Cart on a few days ago... domain name hasn't yet resolved so we are working on the IP address alone at this point.

In the Admin > Config > Store, the HTML Area is turned on as the editor.

When you go to create products, EZ Pages, Define Pages Editor, there is no WYSIWIG panel... simply straight text.

(I even tried to install the FCK Editor and that didn't work either).

There are no mods yet installed - it is a brand new clean install of 1.3.8

If you want to peek, it's at http://74.52.222.76 (although it's a closed site for wholesale clients... ??)

Thanks for your help folks... I'm just :frusty: and I'm probably just overlooking something very tiny.

I don't know if this will be fixed when the site name resolves, but there are some posts that suggest that it may be a browser-specific problem. Have you tried Firefox, or IE?

I know that the HTML editor in Joomla 1.0 never worked right in IE, but was fine in FF.
