Quantity box.....not working.HELLLLP

First the quantity box wasn't working in IE and now also in FF.....
I don't know where to look and what to do. Please help.:(

Check your one of your Products with the missing Quantity box and compare it to one of the Gift Certificates that show a Quantity box ...

Make sure that the setting is correct for:
Products Quantity Box Shows: Yes, Show Quantity Box

It's his cart quantity box that doesn't work.

It looks like although you've installed the Cherry Zen template, you're modifying files and saving them back to template_default.

I still think the problem is in **includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_shopping_cart_default.php **

Try uploading an unmodified copy of that file.

If you do have a copy of that file in includes/templates/cherry_zen/templates, try renaming it temporarily.
