PayPal Express 10002 error

I know that this has been talked about over and over but I need some help. I've read through most of the threads and so far haven't found anything that has helped me. Here is my situation. I have multiple sites in subdirectories off of my main directory. I used an already working site to copy the information from the working site to the site that is getting the 10002 error. Is there something lost in the copying process? Anybody got any ideas?

thanks,
john

Re: PayPal Express 10002 error

ok... I found the error and answered my own question. The answer is YES you lose info when copying the user api password. Once I went to PayPal and got my password from there, everything worked fine. So at least I solved my problem before having to make everyone re-hash an old subject. Thanks for looking and maybe this might help someone else.

Re: PayPal Express 10002 error

I solve the problem by cancelling all of my Api information and re-entered by using a notepad to transfer the information like you advertise in some threads. Now I a have error 500.
Thanks for all your answers . They are very much appreciated.:yes:
