No order confirmation email sent

Hi,

Our shop has been working fine but today we received an order but we didnt get an email confirming the order. We had to log in to the admin to check the order had come through and check paypal had received the money.

What should I be checking/changing to make sure we get an email to confirm any future orders. We have always had an email before, so why has it suddenly changed??:dontgetit

I have checked in the admin - email options and the same/correct email is next to 'Send a copy of order confirmation email to:'

Also no email from pay pal saying new funds received???

Would this be a firewall issue? / Zone alram / AVG?:unsure:

If you are suddenly not receiving emails from multiple sources, maybe you should be contacting your hosting company about problems with their mailserver?
