Reset Stats on Cart from "trial" sales?

I can't find this posted anywhere now - but thought I found it before when I wasn't looking for it - yet I can't find it in my history or anything (if all that makes sense).

I now have my cart set up (mostly) and want to delete or remove all the "hits" and the trial sales I made while testing my site - but not sure how to do this. I see that I can delete a "pending" sale I show in my sold products report - but wasn't sure if that would cause a problem to just delete it like that. (I used the "temp" credit card as stated in my securepay module for testing purposes), and so I am not sure if just deleting it will be okay?

Regarding the views to the site and such - I'm not sure how to re-set that now that the site is actually up and online. This is not as crucial - but thought since I didn't have any actual sales yet I should do whatever re-setting I want now - as I've seen the posts for changing invoice #'s and such after the fact and it seems quite difficult and cumbersome. I've no need to reset any invoice #'s or other stuff like that - just wanted to reset the hit counter and such and get rid of that trial sale. Any input would be greatly appreciated - worked pretty hard to get this up and running due to an unhelpful previous hosting site and don't want to mess it up by hitting a delete key when I'm not supposed to!

You can delete any orders and customers using the delete button in those screens.
Then you can reset various counters using the buttons in the Admin->Tools->Store Manager screen.
