Customers who have never completed an order?

Is there any way to display a list of those customers that have created accounts but have not yet completed an order?

In v1.3.8 there is an option to select that particular audience in the pulldown menu of your Admin->Tools->Email

And if you install the Email Address Exporter tool, you can even export that list of customer names and email addresses in various formats.
