Why am I getting this Error

I just installed a backup of my old site to a new site. I copied the database and everything. I installed it here https://www.gracefulhosting.com/southern . Why am I getting the error that is shown there?

You missed a lot of files from what I can see ...

Sorry, what you are seeing now is my current process of reinstalling the program. Thats why everything is not there.

Maybe after you are all reinstalled it will work better, but now there is no way to see your error to help you out ...

Do they have more than 0 bytes to them?

The files are on the server and are more than 0 bytes. I can even open them through ftp and look at them

The error msg. is quite specific:

**Warning: require(southern/includes/filenames.php) failed to open **

Verify file is there or re-upload it.

Its there, I have opened it, uploaded it again, etc.

I pay 9.99 a month for it from a host. He is marketing it under his own logo, etc but serveral people I have asked said that it looks just like zen cart

If you want to use Zen Cart, you will have to use certain Zen Cart files; the "includes/filenames.php" that comes with Zen Cart is one of them.

So, what I am using is not zen cart??? What is it then???
