Question about Template 12541

I'm new to ZenCart and I've found it pretty easy so far, but I'm having problems with one image from the 12541 template. I somehow managed to delete the banner_1.jpg image and I can't seem to get it back. I'm not sure if it's a problem in the database or one of the template files. I know I'm kind of shooting in the dark here, but I was wondering if anyone had any tips on what to look for to track down the problem.

thanks so much.

This is a template monster template???

Go to your download file (or download the template again) and then upload the image to your server via FTP.

or email me and I can send the image to you

Re: Question about Template 12541

It is, and I tried that, I think it's something I edited in a template file or in the actual software settings, any ideas what files or settings would effect it?

Re: Question about Template 12541

Without being rude, Tm templates are usually bodged originals. Therefore the code could be anything.

Also we tend to not answer TM template questions here as they have their own forums for that.

Re: Question about Template 12541

I understand, but I saw some other posting about templates and since I was new to this whole thing I was just looking for some general advice. Sorry.

You might want to take a look at this thread. While lengthy, it is well worth the read through about many of the problems with TM templates.

Re: Question about Template 12541

wow, that is long, but I'll take time to read the whole thing. I get the idea though in what I have read. Now at least I know what I'm getting myself into. At least I used one of their free templates and have been customizing the heck out of it. I do feel bad for the people who've spent money and are having problems. Thanks for all the suggestions.
