Shipping delivery time

Hi All! I need help please!! :P
I set up usps and ups for shipping options:

1. How do I set it up to show the delivery time in the 'Delivery Information, Step 1 of 3'?
2. I would like to offer First Class Mail but it is not showing up in the choices - there is only Priority Mail.
3. I want to give the Shipping Rates in the FAQ section, but don't know how to explain it in a way that customers will know how much they will pay for shipping no matter how many shirts they order? I used .75 for the weight.

If you are using the USPS shipping module and do not see First Class on a low weight order, you probably have your Tare weight set too high in the Shipping/Packaging ...

By default, it adds 3lbs to the shipping weight ...

I looked again and I did see First Class as an option, it was just not selected so I'm good now. thanks Ajeh.

I still would like to know how to explain to customers how much they will pay regardles off how many shirts they order - if anybody could share how you do it if you have a similar set-up I would really appreciate it. My product is shirts and each one weighs about .75 lb. Thanks!!!

If you are trying to add in a Shipping Option like:
All shirts on a slow boat for $5.00

Then use the Flat Rate flat shipping module ...

You can use Zones on that, if you want to just do this for some shipping addresses ...

Then, this would run at the same time as regular USPS and the customer can make a choice ...

However, if you sell things that are not Products that qualify for this, then there has to be some type of check of the cart contents to only show this when the right Products are in the cart ...
