No downloadable file after checkout

Greetings...

I'm having problems with attributes with downloadable files. It seems zen cart sees no downloadable file attribute after a purchase of a downloadable file. It seems I've tried everything and nothing seems to be working. On another test server account it works fine but doesn't have the FEC mod installed on it. I tried turning the FEC off in the FEC settings and it still doesn't work. I've been working on this for three nights now, reading manuals and googling around with no luck. Could someone be so kind to point me in the right direction for finding a solution to this problem?

I saw no radio button to indicate that you have added an attribute

Hey Kobra,

I've tried all those steps in the links you posted. You didn't see a drop down or radio button menu cause I used "Read Only" Option type. For kicks though, I tried a radio button and I got an error message saying "Please correct the following: On the Option for: File Format You picked an Invalid Selection: Mp3 Song" when trying to add it to the shopping cart. I changed it back to "Read Only" and the error message is gone but still no downloadable file. I kinda skimmed through the DB in cpanel and didn't see anything unusual. Not sure if I'm looking in all the right places. It maybe that zen cart is not triggering a downloadable file when adding it to the shopping cart. It seems when I looked in the DB under some of the order tables there wheren't any downloadable files in there.

Anyone one else might have any other suggestions or do you have anymore Kobra?
