Froogle Add-On

Has anyone tried the Google Base add-on version 1.38 on a Zen-Cart 1.37 install?

I tried using the last version listed for version 1.37 but it fails build Quantity and Price into the XML file.... Anyone know if 1.38 will work for me on 1.37?
