How to remove Gift Cert link

I do not offer Gift Cert.s or send Newletters so how do I remove those links from the Information sidebox?

For gift certificates, REMOVE the gift certificates module in ADMIN>>>MODULES>>>ORDER TOTALS

For newsletter:
ADMIN>>>CONFIGURATION>>>CUSTOMER DETAILS...Show Newsletter Checkbox
