You might peek in the Downloads for an Add-on made just for this ...

Re: Add nav link/page to information bar?

Usually, an add-on is made in the same structure as the Zen Cart structure ...

So, you would see:
/admin
/includes
filenames_if_any.ext

then you want to peek in those to see if there are any template things as sometimes people will add those to an add-on and you need to match it to your site ...

I have not loaded all add-ons so I don't know all their structures ...

The readme file appears to list all files in the:
/includes

directory and everything below that ...

If so, then you can just load the:
/includes

from your computer to the
/includes

on your server and it will load all files ...

WARNING: always backup your site before adding add-ons in case the add-on contains files that will overwrite things on your site ...

Beyond Compare from scootersoftware.com is a great tool for being able to compare your site to an add-on and see just what is new and what will overwrite a file ...

Anything that is about to overwrite something does need to be examined to see can it be loaded as is? Or does it need to be merged?
