Help Please - blue screen after installing cherry zen template

I have just re-installed zencart. I have uploaded the cherryzen template includes folder to my server, I have changed the template in the admin but all I am getting is a blue screen. Help I need to get this working as soon as please.

Would appreciate a quick reply with any ideas.
