Selling Wood / Floor etc... online

We are looking to build a flooring website similar to iFloors.com and Lumberliquidators.com, but are running into multiple problems.

We'd like to have a real-time calculator that can bring the Sq Footage needed up to full box increments.

Is there a add-on we can implement to the website, is this something a programmer can add, or something we can add ourselves?

There is no add-on that I have seen for this...
You can alter the shopping_cart.php constructor for the price, or hire another to do this, configure a product for it as an example for you to follow and test it for you.
