[Done] Breadcrumb Bug

I found a superficial bug when you activate: Admin, Configuration, Layout Settings, Main Page - Opens with Category.

When you use this feature the breadcrumb on the information pages will appear as Home :: Category :: Information Page.

Ex:
Home :: Your Category :: Gift Certificate FAQ
Instead of:
Home :: Gift Certificate FAQ

The span "category-subs-parent" and "category-subs-selected" in the categories sidebox is also active for whatever category you specified.

I am using version 1.3.8 and I verified this with my test site and a demo online using both the default template and mine.
