Can't overwrite the header image... please help!

I am trying to change the header_bg.jpg for the Red Passion template. I am VERY new at Zen Cart, and I have tried to search your FAQs and have used the search feature, but didn't see anything related to what I need.

I have: deleted the header_bg.jpg that came with the template, uploaded the one I want there (which is the same one, just modified), and it still only shows the original header. I've done this many times over, and it won't work right. I also kept the file name the same; header_bg.jpg... I didn't change it. :censored:

I am totally lost and just want the stupid thing to change for me. I am quite file- illiterate also... so if you know how to help me, please explain as simply as possible lol

I just don't know how to get it to allow me to overwrite the header... any ideas from you Zen pros?

Are you sure you loaded the new image to the correct directory?

There will be an "images" folder in the template you are using. It is the same directory where the "css" folder sits. This is where the new image must be loaded.

Well i managed to put up the header but well..have a look and pls advise..i totally screw up my website..sigh:(
