How do I get the zen cart on my website?

I just started and I have added all my products into the zen cart. How do i get that on to my website. I am so confused. Anything will help!

Where are your zencart files now?
Do you have a hosting plan somewhere?

My website is through webhosting. I see that i can customize my zen cart with templates but i don't even know where to begin. Someone said go to /include/ something else, but i can't even find that. I am about to delete this crap off my computer and find something a little more user friendly. Please help before i go crazy.
