Re: How Do I delete zen cart?

Hi there,

this seems to me a hosting problem, you may need to get in touch with your hosting company and ask them how to delete certain files and folders on your server.

It is not really a subject of this forum.

Hope this helps

Re: How Do I delete zen cart?

It's often easier to delete files with the file manager in your site's control panel than through FTP.

Re: How Do I delete zen cart?

Hi ThePinkLadyJ,

using your Core Ftp, access your zencart directory (whatever name you have given it) and open a folder. Then try to delete its subfolders. If this works then you will need to repeat this for every subfolder in your zencart install directory.

If this does not work then you may have to open a sub-subfolder and try the same procedure. Tedious, but it may work..... ???

I guess the final solution would be to change hosting companies and chose one that gives you full cPanel etc etc support.

Re: How Do I delete zen cart?

I'm a bit surprised at your original reason though. Zen Cart packs a lot of functionality in a small number of MBs, sufficiently small that you wouldn't really notice it in the web space made available in a decent hosting package.
