Changing Shopping Cart images and filtering products

Hi,

Just started to work on customizing my online shop (<http://www.bugstumper.com/shopping>) and things are going pretty well.  The bok is absolutely excellent and made the job significantly easier. 

 I have some basic questions:

 1) I would like to change out the images for the "Add this to my cart", "Trash can", etc to make it more consistent with the rest of the look and feel for my site.  However, I can't seem to find the template overrides for these images.  Where are they located?

 2) I would also like to have a menu bar just below the banner that says Paintings, Prints, Greeting Cards.  When one of those items is selected, then the Category list is filtered to show only those categories within the main category.  Is this functionality provided?

 3) Where is the override page for the main category.  In my site, for instance, if you click on Paintings, for example, you see the small thumbnail for each sub-category.  I would like to add some text to let a person know what to do.

Overall, I think that this is a fantastic system (I'm a professional developer and think that you guys did a really really nice job with the architecture) and am looking forward to my final shop implementation.
